No they can't just invoke the 25th and haul out the president in the dead of night, particularly early too. Something tells me they've already started a war at this point anyway.
The 25th amendment can only be used for health reasons correct? It cannot be used for political reasons?
The words of the amendment say it can be used when, "the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office." There is nothing in the 25th that limit that to health reasons.
Is Trump unable? No. Historically it's about health. Not that they care. No doubt they'll try.
