So anybody who was going to object to the electoral votes, who now says that they cannot "in good conscience" object to them, it means that their original objection was NOT because they thought the election was stolen and they were trying to stop it. It means they had ULTERIOR MOTIVE for their objection.

Because if you were objecting because you thought the election was fraudulent, what happened today would NOT CHANGE THAT.

But if you were objecting because you thought nothing would happen and objecting would gain you political points with your conservative base, then yeah you might change your mind now thinking it would make you look bad instead of good.

Their miscalculation is it will infuriate their base. They have not had time to talk to their consultants or run a poll they are just going off their own echo chamber.
