Looks like he is just cupping his other hand, watched in slow mo multiple times. Not seeing what is happening. Although I'm not against the fact that it COULD be totally staged. However I've seen people die on multiple occasions in fucked up ways. She was really dying there. OR you got yourself probably the best actor of the day when you compile it up with actual actors (antifa and some cops).
But really infowars was interviewing a dude that was right there with her and yeah it didn't seem like that was fake at all. So I'm leaning 90% was really a death that happened there and 10% it was staged at this point.
