PEDES, buried in the top of the Executive Order Trump signed on January 5, 2021 are the words "to deal with this national crisis". Everyone seems to have overlooked the significance. Trump has officially declared a state of national emergency without calling it a freestanding declaration. Executive orders go into effect the instant they are published, and he has all sorts of powers during national emergencies, based on Executive Orders of previous presidents---Reagan, Clinton, the Bushes, Oblahblah. Everyone thought that he would pocket veto the one bill and he surprised everyone with the little known impoundment tactic. I'm not ready to give up just yet if he isn't. Importantly, he didn't concede anything. At the rally, just an hour before Benedict Pence betrayed us, Trump said that he would never concede to a theft. If he gets defeated is one thing, if he surrenders is another. He hasn't yet surrendered, and as one of our founding Fathers declared, "I have not yet begin to fight!" It ain't over just yet, so hold that line and pray.

Today will go down as the worst of the worst. Congress is in a complete panic over something big that will move in Trump's favor. Why else is leftist media talking up the 25th Amendment and why did Congress have to urgently reconvene this evening.
