I'm aware of that, but NIGHT76 is not a callsign I was familiar with. It's a NEACP craft, and I assume the callsign is used when someone (including the President) is on it.
AF1 is not traceable on these websites, so either Trump isn't on the plane or he is, but doesn't want anyone to know? Or that he wants the flight to be traceable.
honestly i suspect it's doing whatever routine shit it might be doing and it just happened to be an available plane at ADW, i mean, i suspect at least some basic planning would have taken place, but yeah. Like knowing in advance, etc.. but in any case, it was available.

The E-4 serve as a survivable mobile command post for the National Command Authority, namely the President of the United States, the Secretary of Defense, and successors.
Security Forces are on alert with these aircraft and one is stationed at Andrews AFB as well as at Offutt AFB in Nebraska to provide close in security support for the aircraft.
If one is always stationed at Andrews then Trump could have likely been on that flight. Weird that he would use that aircraft and not AF1.

So then either (1) he's not on the plane, or (2) he is, but either wants the flight to be traceable or wants to conceal that he's on the plane.
