I don't know. This plane has been flying all over the place over the past few days including previously at Dyess. It's been staying overnight at different AFB. Maybe that was the acting sec def if him and POTUS are the only ones to use this aircraft. It flew into DC yesterday from another AFB in NC. Sure its him?
