The Blue and White VC25s (B747) you see as traditional Air Force One you see on TV are stationed here yes. Usually not both at the same time though or for a very short time. One plane will stay at Andrews while the other one flies of for routine maintenance and upgrades at another location, usually about 6 months at a time. The E4-B (B747) are alert aircraft that the president will get on during national emergencies. Any plane he steps on immediately becomes Air Force One.
