If you watch his video doing this, you'll notice it's very quiet in the background... meaning it was most likely recorded BEFORE the seige of the Capital.
It doesn't make sense. That gate wasn't blocking anything, the guy filming and the people to his right already had access to this area. Doesn't make any sense.
