You all need to go to the DMV or wherever you register to vote in your state and get out of their party. Do whatever you need to in order to get as MANY of your friends and family to do the same. Register Independent or Libertarian for now, and if there is another alternative in the future, reregister then.

The GOP needs to go extinct after today.

"B-b-but in my state you can't vote in the primaries unless you're in the party!!"

Who gives a fuck? Don't support ANYONE that carries that tainted membership.

And after you're done, write a letter to your Reps and politicians in the party telling them you're leaving and that you'll never give another fucking dime to them. Have your friends and family do so as well.

I agree. I voted Libertarian in 2012 and left the GOP because Romney was the worst candidate I'd ever seen. I was Independent for years and finally reregistered GOP in 2016 so I could vote for Trump in the primaries. Voted GOP this time because Trump asked me to. The Libertarian party is trash and just cares about being hip and cool and legalizing weed, but they are better than the GOP.

Same here, exactly. Either register Independent or no party preference.

I left the GOP seven years ago. Can I leave about 2000000 more times? I actually registered DNC to see if their survey oversampling would get me. Nope. But I do get requests from moveon.org and several other entities for donations now. Not a chance. I also wanted to learn how the DNC primary elections work. I wrote in Trump in the primary. Don't see anywhere that tallied that. Crooked vote counting from beginning to end. Creepiest thing is that certain websearches for myself actually reveal that I'm registered DNC.

The GOP is dead to me -I'm going independent and maybe we might have a chance of a THIRD PARTY that believes in the America and our Constitution

Imagine 70%+ of the GOP members leaving in the span of a week or so. Trump would know we are still there for him, and worst case, yeah, it gives someone the impetus to start a real, conservative third party option.
