GEOTUS was surrounded by traitors he appted at the highest levels who he never fired but knew they were corrupt... was he just gathering intel by leaving them in place???

Trump is NOT a stupid man... this has always puzzled me why he left in Wray, Haspel, Barr, Rosenstein etc, in place without firing any of them. He HAD to know they were rotten, right??
