Common military tactic when about to do massive moves and assaults against an enemy is to maintain whats called ''radio silence'' Where no communications are sent of any kind so the enemy has no information to go off what so ever. HIghly likely this is the case because all of them have telegram just about so they can post on there anytime uncensored.
