Let's say Trump did make it out of DC and made it to Texas. I'm not sure what he's doing there, but it has to be something military related, considering the fact he would've left and arrived at an AFB and rode on a Boeing E-4B. People say that the opposition has the military. Evidently that's not entirely true if this is the case. But if Congress and Pence invoke the 25th Amendment and make Pence the acting president, he then becomes the acting commander in chief, right? Wouldn't the military no longer obey orders from Trump, if they would in the first place?

If they did that then yeah the military would not obey Trump, as if he's really ordering them to do much but yeah. Also assuming all the conspiracy theories about a military intervention and all the truth bombs Trump is going to drop over the next two weeks are not real.
