Let's say Trump did make it out of DC and made it to Texas. I'm not sure what he's doing there, but it has to be something military related, considering the fact he would've left and arrived at an AFB and rode on a Boeing E-4B. People say that the opposition has the military. Evidently that's not entirely true if this is the case. But if Congress and Pence invoke the 25th Amendment and make Pence the acting president, he then becomes the acting commander in chief, right? Wouldn't the military no longer obey orders from Trump, if they would in the first place?

Didn't the military also say they wouldn't get involved in the election process? So even if Trump ordered anything would they go through? It all depends on whether the military sees Biden as legitimate, or Pence if they force 25A through. I would hope they would continue to back Trump seeing as how there's been so much fraud, it's obvious he's in the right. But I also feel like they'll take it at face value.
