Ashli Babbit gave her life to OUR country. Her life was taken at the very Capitol she served, and defended. Taken not because she raised a weapon, not because she violated her oath. Because she stood up and did exactly as she had done for this country prior and we as a people ask of all of our sworn members. She died for the people, and with the people. She died on her own soil at the hands of her own people.

Remember that. She died for all of us, it could have been anyone, but it was her.

She gave her life for a different country than the one that those at the capital run. Her biggest mistake was thinking she wasn't in enemy territory when she stormed the capital and wasn't properly prepared. She was well equipped when she went overseas but she was not properly equipped for this engagement.

Too many people don't realize this is an outright war. They're still trying to take the nice path to victory and there will only be defeat and submission if you take the nice path. No one won a war peacefully.
