It would be useless because Biden won't be president, he will leave and Kamala will take over in a month.
And redpilling is useless too. All dem supporters know they cheated and they are ok with it, same with all politicians and journos involved in this. They know what they are doing, and they know they sold their own country to China. But they think that somehow they will become "friends" of the CCP and they will live a happy life after this.

Depends on whether Rudy (or someone close to him) is willing to take one for the team.
He could turn what he has over to an investigative reporter that he trusts. And that person could do a series of reports in the name of journalism, where I do believe they would have a lot more freedom and protections under the law to report what is on the laptop without legal repricussions. Or am I wrong in this line of thinking. I am not a legal scholar. I am just throwing the possibility of him doing this out there.
As far as the CP goes, federal law is very strict and has very few exceptions for giving it to third parties. They could easily prosecute Rudy and a reporter.
But prosecuting 10,000 people for downloading it is another story.
