Whoever this murderer is, he no clue what he is doing. He's thrusting his gun forward multiple times (not even close to the proper way to handle a gun), steps forward to the "threat" and shoots at a women with police officers and protesters behind her.

He needs to be locked up for a long time. This retard is a liability to all around him. I wouldn't be surprised if his to-do list was to shoot a women by the time he clocked out of work.
