Here’s what you don’t get - even if I do get arrested, which I won’t, my life won’t be over. Because guess what, my life has more meaning beyond those things for which an arrest is prohibitive, and more importantly, I have deeply held principles that I actually believe in, and I’d be fucking proud to be arrested for standing up for them. You, on the other hand, are just another “muh optics” Republican and a coward. It’s ok, I used to be one too, always fretting about when someone told the truth and how it could “hurt the cause”. I pray that one day you’ll know what it’s like to feel alive. It’s an amazing feeling.
