No, we know there was fraud. There is no fucking doubt.
Of course we can tell it if it was fraudulent or not, it was fraudulent, duh, you don't get rid of checks and balances, suppress observers, not allow audits or fake audits like Georgia, if you don't have anything to hide, they would love to add to their legitimacy, if they had any.
