World Bank: 2018 US deaths was 8.6 per 1,000 pop - or 0.86%, apply that to the low estimate of 1 million protesters and divide by 365 and you get 23.5 expected deaths.

Since the old, sick and infirm stayed at home and this event selected more for healthy and active individuals (patriots who were willing to travel and protest despite all that's against them) - 3 deaths from natural causes is actually very low, especially considering much more than 1 million patriots made the trip.

First glance at MSM I thought of this, not sure what the real story is but wouldn't be surprised if my guess is on the money and they use deaths from natural causes to further covid/anti-trump agenda through fake news.
