There is a video by Alex Jones about this. I don't know this, but they are already working on it.

The relevant portion of Amendment 25 is pasted below.

The only way the cabinet can strip a conscious and breathing president is with his consent. If the president objects to an invocation of the 25th, but his cabinet and elected officials are in disagreement only an act of congress and senate with a 2/3rds majority vote from both houses can strip him of his powers. Even with all the RINOs in the senate, there are not enough votes in the House to get it done.

This is a pipe dream by the liberals, that's it. They are stuck with Trump for at least another 14 days, or 4 years and 14 days by my count.

"Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office."

Politicians don't care about the constitution, that much is clear.

Well I guarantee Trump will not walk out of the oval office just because they asked him pretty please, and without a Constitutionally valid and legal procedure good luck removing the Commander in Chief of the US military by force.

Well actually I would welcome them to try to remove him by force, the executions would be televised, that would literally be the definition of sedition and treason. Not the fake sedition and treason they are accusing him of, but actual actionable sedition and treason, and we fucking hang people for that.

If Trump being in TX is true, I would speculate that it's likely that the armed forces are split in loyalty.

Treason would then be defined by the victor imho.

But yeah, I get what you're saying - there are definitely provisions in 25th that provides POTUS with what seems like a simple path to have the 25th rescinded as well. I wouldn't put it past the politicians to put roadblocks in the way to prevent Trump from delivery of a rescindment note for any execution of the 25th.

I have posted this elsewhere. Omar has posted she is already working on articles of impeachment. I believe this is why they have not adjourned. I’m thinking and hoping that Trump enacts the insurrection Act as soon as they finish the voter certification cuckery. I’m thinking legally he cannot do anything until that is done.

LOL impeachment. So, what exactly is her timeline for that? First they must vote on the resolution, then they have to hold an investigative hearing to gather evidence, then they have to hear the evidence, then they have to hold a vote for impeachment, then they have to send a successful vote to the Senate for the trial, then the Senate has to vote.

All this in 14 days, but its actually only 8 and a half working days till the 20th.

So, either they expect that Trump will remain in officer beyond the 20th or Omar is a moron, or both.

With the way Congress has certified states that actually broke laws I wouldn’t be surprised if it only took them a few minutes to do this. Seems they are making up their own rules now based upon what happened today.

Perhaps, but at that point it would all be speculation. I think we will cross that river if it happens, but at this point we can pretty much chalk it up to shit and dreams, shit in one hand and dream in the other and see which one fills up faster.

Trump is POTUS for 14 more days, now filled with more rage and resolve then he ever has been before, comfortably sitting in the one state that will not turn their back on him, with the full might of the US military surrounding him.

He is digging in his heels, and we as Patriots have a duty to stand behind him, stand down and stand by.
