Q and others have basically echoed the sentiment that this was necessary and it's always darkest before the dawn. The theory is that he'll use the Executive Order on Foreign Election Interference, but who knows if that'll happen or not.
Either way he basically has to pull off a military coup at this point if he were to somehow do what Lin Wood is claiming. Now you can argue that it isn't a coup if he's rightly securing a stolen election, but that won't become the narrative unless he wins bigly.
