Not like 3 days ago he said "We will have our day in congress" and the whole fucking time he knew he was just going to just approved whatever they shit out.
I considered this possibility too, that Mike Pence almost might just be playing along because if he overtly decided to just show his cards in front of Congress during the count, then Congress would all just call for his impeachment right then and there.
But the ultra mega doomer in me obviously is saying no; at this point it really is just most likely a futile shot in the dark. Maybe it is true. It's not in the realm of impossibility obviously but neither is getting struck by lightning.
