We've been betrayed, tricked, duped, and dare I say.. bamboozled! But something about today (and the past week) feels off to me. Today's protest unfolded strangely; it doesn't make sense. Trump team is quiet, and Trump himself seems kind of "off" (not to mention his "disappearance")...
It's like I'm in the middle of a stageplay, surrounded by actors, or someone is about to get the drop on me. I know I'm being "fooled," I just don't know how.
Either Trump is about to pull the most epic Deus Ex Machina/Hail Mary in American history, or we're really, really screwed.

Something is 100% off. We haven't caught a glimpse of Trump's face (or ANY Trump's face for that matter - Melania, Jr., Eric, Barron, Ivanka...) for more than 12 hours now. Something is in the air. Either they've kidnapped Trump and his entire family or (and given what's happened, this is a MIGHTY BIGLY WISHFUL or), Trump is busy preparing for the final assault. Why would he go to Abilene of all places?

Exactly! This is what I meant! Trump is making some strange moves, and I can't see what his endgame is.
He's been way too passive lately, especially today. Why? Trump family and Trump team have sort of "disappeared into the shadows." Why? Why would Trump invite his supporters to D.C. when, in hindsight, this was the perfect opportunity for a setup? Wasn't there something he wanted us to see today? Why would Trump effectively disappear after his speech? He issued a few Twitter statements, one video, then radio silence. For a man who built much of his life on his name, staying in the spotlight matters. It's impossible for him to shrink back and stay in the shadows now; they'll have his head.
Then again, I haven't been able to make heads or tails of much since election night.
Oh, and about my account: I had another one months ago but deleted it when trying to wean myself off social media. You can see how well that worked out.
