We've been betrayed, tricked, duped, and dare I say.. bamboozled! But something about today (and the past week) feels off to me. Today's protest unfolded strangely; it doesn't make sense. Trump team is quiet, and Trump himself seems kind of "off" (not to mention his "disappearance")...
It's like I'm in the middle of a stageplay, surrounded by actors, or someone is about to get the drop on me. I know I'm being "fooled," I just don't know how.
Either Trump is about to pull the most epic Deus Ex Machina/Hail Mary in American history, or we're really, really screwed.
We did demand them. We were kicked out of court. We tried to help have them. And we were kicked out of counting rooms. We wanted some redress. So we gathered at the capitol where we got smeared as rioters. I can imagine hundreds of thousands of people would have done a lot more damage, so obviously there was no riot.
We asked for them and we're denied. If we demanded them, and didn't get them, then we would follow up with whatever it took.
