If you think about it, though, it’s not like Trump promoted the rally endlessly or begged for a huge national turnout or anything. In fact, as far as I remember, he barely promoted it at all. It was kinda people who took it upon themselves to interpret it to be something that... well, it didn’t turn out to be.
How many times can you underestimate the deep state. They have been toying with him his entire presidency. Could he not see what would happen when he asked people to go to the capital. After which he just disappeared.
No one’s getting arrested, lol. A few members of the House and maybe a Senator or two are throwing around ideas about another impeachment. (Also sketchy reports about members of the cabinet and some discussion about the 25th — but been there, done that.) But even this probably isn’t going to amount to anything at all.

Imagine a two term president from decades ago being interviewed about his second term: "What was the transition like between your first term and your second?" "The transition was challenging due to changes in the house and senate and the economy that year, but..." Nothing about the word transition is out of place there; however, the president serves two terms.
I'm so worried they're going to basically crucify this man. I worry if he's even alive at times, or if he's being tortured or blackmailed somewhere remote at the moment.
Hopefully he IS in Texas and safe among patriotic spec operators. I've actually grown to really care for him.
He announced his presidency when I was 18 and just out of high school. I hope to see him as president for another 4 years.
