Dan Scavino is a wordsmith, a crafter of communications, if proclaiming concession was the intent, concession / concede / acquiesce would have been used. They were NOT - isn't that odd for a guy who got the job due to his ability to turn a phrase or communicate in the most concise and accurate manner?
