concession / concede / acquiesce would have been used.
They were NOT - isn't that odd for a guy who got the job
due to his ability to turn a phrase or communicate in the
most concise and accurate manner?
He won't concede. That much is clear. But it seems he is acknowledging a transition will occur. Unless Trump can push the clock forward, I don't see a situation with Trump being the one sworn into office for 2020.
