Some of you may think Lin Wood is insane at this point, but consider that he's made very bold, very specific claims about people that he has openly named. Not one of those people has tried to clear their "good name". Lin Wood handled the Nick Sandman case, involving slander and libel. Why would a lawyer, with knowledge of the laws on slander and libel, willfully commit violations of those very same laws?

I'm inclined to believe him. He is on Trump's side. He's on America's side. He's on our side.

But to what end. Elvis is still alive too but he’s not helping us so I don’t care about it anymore. Okay is early and flying home from DC feeling deflated. We lost this battle but we may still win the war?

Hang in there, Pede. I think the biggest thing to take home with Trump is that he always plays the long game, and he's very willing to lose battles if it wins him the war.

Look at it this way, Nov-Dec last year the Supreme Court rejected the election fraud cases because there was "no standing." Trump made multiple tweets about this feigning complaints, and the liberals ate it up, saying 'hur hur, Trump is a sore loser, dur durr.'

Now that Biden has been formally (and fraudulently) elected President, there is suddenly standing in those court cases where there hadn't been any before. The next few days will tell us what's REALLY up with the S.C., and whether there is any backbone there.

There are, of course, other possible avenues for this, even if the legal system totally falters. But the next, traditional institution to keep our eye on is the SC.
