You don't wait until the results of a stolen election are finalized and a president is illegitimately put into office before taking legal action. You do it as soon as the evidence of fraud is clear and provable.
Did you not see that attempted? I did. Judge after judge / court after court refused to take cases based upon lack of standing. The evidence is there and overwhelming. He/we tried. We even tried to object in Congress.
