The counter punch has not happened yet. Rope-a-dope - pretend to be losing right before you come out hard.

Also - his 'concession' said nothing about concession, or Biden. Just that Jan 20 will see an orderly transition, and the end of the FIRST term of his presidency - but a new phase of MAGA.
