I’ve kept my Facebook throughout all of this since it’s the only way I keep in touch with most people. I cannot get over the number of white “friends” I have on there posting memes about how yesterday was the epitome of white privilege, or that everybody there were terrorists. Even my more conservative friends are condemning it saying things like, “This is an embarrassment, this is not who we are as a country, we’re better than this.” They’re all completely duped by these garbage headlines.
