Sorry. I can’t help. I’m so confused by all the other laws that have been broken. Starting with states that broke their own laws they set up regarding mail-in ballots, rejecting subpoenas (Arizona) and rejecting 2 requests from a Supreme Court justice (Pennsylvania).
Obviously. But my question is did they do it in such a way that now allows for a new supreme court challenge?
I am not aware of any constitutional power that grants senate parliamentarians any legal authority to dictate the constitutional authority of the senate leader for making determinations that affect state election law.
Yes, they violated the law. Many times. No, they won't get in trouble for it. Instead they'll be applauded. The Supreme Court will say there is no standing.
Correct. But because of a recent senate rule change made by the parliamentarian body, I do not know who exactly had the constitutional authority to legally ignore the electors.
Because of some tricky wording in the rule changes, Pence may have been unconstitutionally stripped of his authority to make the decision (according to new senate rules).
It appears that the parliamentarian body decided to give itself authority to decide whether to ignore electors or not, before Pence even got the opportunity to rule on it. Hence his odd statement about his accepting the electors being "ceremonial." Maybe he really is telling the truth!
The simple answer is that laws only apply to us little people.
We also had multiple rogue States ignore the Constitution to overthrow the duly elected President, Donald J. Trump, and the had an activist "SCOTUS," ahsin, ignore the Constitution.
We are no longer a nation of laws. Ignore them, every fucking one.
Demonrats are communists and Republicans permitted this shut show which proves that the shitty Republican Party are communists! Never will I vote fir svRepublican or a demonrat again
Everything is fucked up. They break laws all the time and make new ones.
The second amendment is so clear yet there are restrictions on what states you can carry your guns through? Like wtf? Freedom of speech but saying words now is going to get you arrested ? Time to burn this whole world to the ground.
That is a good point. However, defrauding the senate by making unconstitutional rules changes for the purpose of bypassing the senate leaders authority and knowingly certifying election fraud is a bit more treasonous than some of the other laws they have violated.
What about the one where they coordinated with foreign entities and sent our voting data overseas live time to manipulate our voting for the President of the United States?

They did what they wanted to support the leftist takeover.

😂like the Court hasn't already totally fucked us over😠
Good point
That could change before Jan. 20.
You have no standing at the Supreme Court, remember?
Yes, they violated the law. Many times. No, they won't get in trouble for it. Instead they'll be applauded. The Supreme Court will say there is no standing.
Law doesn't matter.
There weren’t any “dueling electors” that were RECOGNIZED, based on what I saw. They were ignored.

there is no law left in this land. only tyranny. we've lost the right to even do what we ought
Laws don't matter to Democrats and liberals.
And the GOP...

They can do whatever they want. Who is going to stop them?
They violated countless laws to get up to this point, what’s another one or two?

I mean laws haven't really mattered in some time, so
Seems like it.
It's "beyond the purview" of the Supreme Court scumbags.
