For the past four years, Trump has been saying just enough to allow people to draw their own conclusions. Why is this statement suddenly any different? I’ll believe Trump concedes when it happens, not before with some ambiguous statement.

Also Trump never said this, it was Pompeo, who said he said it.

Seems kinda hokey to me that Trump would announce concession over his aide after a day of twitter ban.
