From what I know having been there to see it, a group of guys brought it from home. They had it crowd surfed all the way to the upper floors that you see here, and it was displayed with the help of hundreds of patriots. I happened to be next to 2 of the guys who brought it, apparently they left to get food and when they came back to see it hanging on the Capitol they were like: "hey wait a minute, is that our flag?"
I didn't get the chance to talk with them long, I just happened to be walking through with my group.
But where do you get a flag that size for real?

I saw it being carried down Pennsylvania Avenue yesterday by a ton of people.
