I'm not condoning a shooting of any kind, but if ever there was a situation where this murdering prick had a chance to shoot to wound this was it. She was working her way through a window and this prick chose a fatal shot. He made a point of getting closer and raising his aim to her head. Absolutely disgusting. This "man" needs to be identified.
