AZ is about the only one that stood up. Their subpoenas got ignored, and the judge wouldnt charge the county for ignoring the subpoenas. Now they can toss the case because it is moot!
On a side note, this is why you cant trust going through the court system. A proper court case normally takes months to years to cycle through.
No.. the legislatures were completely complicit except for a handful of honest guys that tried but could get nothing done. Those maricopa county election officials ignoring the subpoena were also gop.. at least 4 of the 5. They are just passing blame around bc they think we will fall back in line and support who they tell us to.
Most of the AZ GOP legislature stood up, but were not able to call for a special session. That's a power vested in the governor, and governor Douchey did not step up. Neither did the speaker of the house.
