You think the legislature could not do something to stop a judge from creating his own statewide election laws to remove all safeguards from fraud. They are complicit.
Yep. They didn't want to decertify, but they knew their constituents did. So it was a tough place. If it ever got put to them directly in a session they would have decertified, but now they can just claim they would have but never got a chance.
