Statistically, in a group that large, you will always have deaths every day.
Statistically, 90yo cancer patients don't attend vigorous protests. Antifa gets gassed every night and they're (sadly) not dropping like flies. I was at Woodstock '94 all weekend with like half a million people and none of us died. I did meet one guy who said he was the ghost of Jim Morrison, but I don't think that counts. My point being that this isn't a random sampling of society and three unexplained deaths is cause for concern.
40-50-60-70- year olds were not in attendance?
I'm sure there were, but the really sick ones tend to stay home. It's not common for a bunch of people to die at protests, even when the police go into riot mode, and even less common for them to be unexplained. I'm not saying it's aliens, I'm just saying that why these people died is a question that needs to be answered before we can rule them out.

I definitely saw video of DC cop pushing a guy to his death (50+ ft) off of the bridge at Capitol steps. He was scaling the bridge & as he got up a cop shoved him. Guy later died.
