It’s looking like it was Pence’s SS detail who fired, I can totally see that being a standing order, fire on anyone attempting to breach the final barricade - which means it was those riot cops who knowingly let protestors into the kill zone without a fight.
On whose orders? I can think of two or three people
I stand with law and order but blindly shooting into a crowd of police and citizens is reckless murder!
The people on the back line shooting the at the police on the front line...

They are killers and imo the police are facing the wrong way!
