Breitbart supposedly has a tweet by the Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino, but not sure if it's legit. Any thoughts or where to find proof? He made a statement that has been widely reported. That's what it's based on. But, bottom line, no.
Your instinct is right. Trump is a businessman. In business if a big deal falls through, you don't slink away. You address your board of directs, your investors, and tell them all it failed. Like the left points out: Trump has failed in many businesses, so this speech wouldn't be new to him. We also know CNN would be glad to get a fleet of people to film his surrender. So why have we not seen it? More importantly: Why have we not seen Trump?

In fact, quite the opposite. He talks about an "orderly transition" and his "first term". Well, you can't have a first term if you don't expect there to be a second term.

no he didn't concede but it sounds like he's going to let a "smooth transition" happen which he shouldn't. It should be 100% working to undermine Biden until Jan 20th then forming a Shadow Government like Obama did to undermine Biden's Presidency.
