They let some "Trump supporters" in one of the lower level side doors and they had what looked to me like a mosh pit lined up, where they took turns lunging at each other, not taking swings, not tackling each other, neither side doing any real damage, no guns out, just batons they didn't swing.

After this they opened the front doors and let the Trump supporters there mill around for a few minutes and then told them to get out, as they had all the optics they needed at that point.
There was an old Canadian comedian named Jeremy Hotz that had a hilarious bit about the PM of Canada's murderer being thwarted because he broke into the PM's house, went upstairs to kill him, but the PM's wife shuts the door... and that "fucks his whole plan right there".
I would think the cops in that building would be smart, strong, and fearless. If that was a real officer, he would be able to choose those doors. Tell them, this is a shoot zone and officers with guns drawn will shoot once you pass that wall. Not like the clown this one was encouraging the crowd to come in.
