The OP didn't explain it well. Check the video links in another comment. At the funeral several people, and only those people, received some message that instantly made them look surprised. It had to have been a short message they recognized, but we didn't get to see Pence's reaction.
All of the people were known to be Deep State stooges except Pence who we weren't sure about then.
