This is my and my wife's plan. The plan is to get on 8+ acres, and have a 1-2 acre farm. Not much, but enough for us. Geothermal energy, some solar. It's not much, but it's the least I can do to support the American Dream.
Mississippi will take a while to cuck. None of the liberals want to move there. There isn't any real jobs. It's all rural for the most part. Beautiful coastline.

I grew up gardening with my mom because we were poor and wanted vegetables still. I already have a garden / irrigation system plotted out. Small orchard as well. Whatever we don't consume/can I can give to MAGA neighbors.

Mississippi has super low taxes. Gramps pay $200 for a 26 acre farm with a home on it per year.
