How do you know anyone gave her proper and clear instructions before shooting?
The footage of the shooter shows the man off to the far left, in a doorway and seemingly surprised by her presence. If he was providing instructions, he wasn’t pointing his gun at her while doing it and he didn’t wait for her confirmation that she heard him - such as looking at him or in his general direction.
She climbed through a broken window in a barricaded government building. It doesn't take a genius to figure out what's going to happen next. I don't get what the controversy here is.
Because she was an unarmed woman in the middle of a melee. Maybe she was escaping something happening outside the window. Are you afraid of unarmed women??
