Twice in his speech yesterday, Trump said "It takes more courage for Mike to do nothing." At the time, I thought he was misspeaking, but he said it twice. I think he warned Pence of the coming actions, and Pence chose to side with the traitors. We'll see in the coming days if I'm wrong.

Even before the livestream switched to the capitol, the thing he said which said stuck out the most to me was he said something like "if they don't do the right thing, well then we'll be playing by a different set of rules"

Yup caught that too and immediately knew Lin was correct.

Yes! We gotta be patient. Lin's allegations are tight and strangely not contested by the accused. People immediately giving up on trump need to fuck off. Championship teams never give up, all the way until the clock stops(jan 20th)!

Read the statement again. It was very carefully worded. He never said it would be a transition of power. Just an "an orderly transition on January 20th." It can be interpreted either way. Mike Pompeo joked two months ago that there would be a smooth transition into a 2nd Trump Administration. You could compare Trump's statement to Pompeo's and they would not contradict each others.

Lin is like Anaconda. Right occasionally but both are shills.

I believe it’s too little, too late at this point. You don’t play by a different set of rules at the 11th hour. We got here precisely because we play by their rules expecting they’ll come around.

That’s actually precisely when you do that, it just sucks having to sit there with your thumb up your ass waiting for it.

I’ve never waited for anything for four years. I’m glad it’s almost over. Wether we get our happening or not, I can’t wait to not have to wait any more.

have you not read Art of the Deal? Trump always allows people to redeem themselves. He always devises multiple ways for himself to come out on top.

WRONG. We played by THE rules, of the Constitution and the assumption of a free & fair election. Leftists did not play by those rules.

That's what disgusted me about every news outlet (from NewsMax to CNN) & politician yesterday. "Violence is never the answer", they said.

When the system breaks down, what options are left?

  • We tried to fairly elect a President, and got screwed.
  • We tried to validate the votes through signature verification and poll watchers, we got screwed.
  • We tried to present the evidence of fraudulent voting in the courts, we got screwed.
  • We tried to hold special sessions of state legislatures to review the evidence and decertify the edicts of the Governors. We got screwed.
  • We tried to object through our representatives in Congress, per the Constitutional process. We got screwed.

There are only two options left: bend the knee to this corruption, or violence. And only one of them is "the answer".

Violence is never the answer, they say, unless violence is used by protesters they like advocating for causes they like.

I agree, BUT if he didn't try each and every last legal/constitutional route nobody would trust him. The people have to see openly that he really tired everything. Only then he can resort to the last escalation.
