That was a cold blooded murder... she was not any threat to anyone until she made it thru the window and over the junk put up in front of the doorway.. then she would have to make a threat to do harm before he should have shot her, oh yea is it not law enforcement SOP to only use the weapon as a deterrent as the last resort?
