Hear me out on this one- I think Ashli was in the wrong place at the wrong time. They set up a false flag, willing to sacrifice an innocent to create a narrative. Unfortunately Ashli was the bravest of the group LED into the Capital. (watch the video where security LEADS the group exactly where to go!) As a retired health care worker my first impressions were:
Multiple people pulled her scarf away from her neck, yet no one attempted first aid of any kind. 2. I never saw any of the 'cops' radio for help, one of them says we need a medic, yet never radios for one. 'Cops' kept shouting get back, yet none of them made any attempt at securing the scene, allowing those all important videos to be taken. 3. Loudest 'cop' has a first aid kit strap to his left hip, yet never accesses it. 4. 'Cop' against the wall behind Ashley can be seen to make a series of arm and hand gestures in the direction the shot came from- what was that about? 5. Guy kneeling to her left doesn't know enough first aid to apply pressure to a wound, yet knows enough to feel for a carotid pulse and declare "She's gone"? If people weren't vouching for her identity, I would have considered this a complete FF.
That's what I am saying. The plan was (antifa) lead them into the Capitol, then sacrifice one of them. Like you said, the situation was not handled like an emergency but rather a publicity stunt. Maybe they thought more shots would be fired upon hearing the first? maybe they thought they just needed the one gunshot/death to spread their narrative. either way, this part of yesterday was orchestrated by the US Mafia to support their agenda.
I THINK BLM or ANTIFA SHOT HER
I have no proof! but the way this all went down letting the 30 members of Antifa/BLM into the building and guiding them.
IT CERTAINLY NEEDS DO BE CONSIDERED !!!
...
Edit: I No longer support this theory. I did not see the other video clips
None of us had guns....so much for that plan

Never seen antifa or blm in a suit with an nice watch
Yes you are right... I had not seen that other video
That is a valid theory as well.
it may be an unpopular one but certainly it would play to their benefit and a "bonus" to their initial plan.
It could be.
