In order to have a movement you have to reach more than a few thousand people.. you need to reach hundreds of millions of people.. Donald Trump can do that from platforms that have hundreds of millions of users. Twitter that has 350 million and Facebook that has 2.5 billion.. Trump cannot lead a movement from a platform that has maybe 20,000 users. Or from parlor that has maybe 10 million tops..

In order to lead a movement you have to go where the people are to talk to them.. creating a tiny account on a tiny website that's mostly just a bubble is useless..

and if you think CNN is going to follow Donald Trump around to see what he's saying after he's been banned from social media and was no longer president you're fooling yourself. How well did that strategy work? Trump had the time to build up a presence on a conservative platform, using Facebook and Twitter as a stepping stone. There was no way Facebook and Twitter were going to allow Trump to succeed a second time using their platform. At this point, it doesn't look like he has a choice.
