So I had a sad awakening today.

I went onto social media and saw a younger guy (who is pretty much like a younger brother to me) post some really awful things about Trump and those who follow / support him. It was shocking to me because while never really political, he was closer to a Pede than not a few years ago.

But then I reflected on it and looked through his "likes" and what not, and realized the last two years he started liking stuff about gender, anti-racism, etc. What else happened in those two years? He started college.

I then thought about it. The same process happened to a girl I used to be friends with. She was pretty chill and then in 2017 she went to college and now today she's a shrieking harpy who posts all about #MeToo racism orange man bad, etc.

I know correlation =/= causation, but I find it interesting that two young people that were normal and well-balanced both went to college and ended up radically different. I feel like something insane is happening in college and it's crazy to me that none of the Republicans are doing anything about it.

I don't believe for a second that all of those votes for Biden were legit, but I do believe that in combination with college + social media trends and what not, young kids are being indoctrinated into being Democrat voters.

Is there anything that can be done? Because it's just really damn depressing to lose someone I cared so much about. Obviously not about him or the girl because I feel at this point, they're lost unfortunately. But I mean in a grand scale. Like how do we stop this college indoctrination?
