You have to copy some text to a system file called "hosts". You don't put it on a "FB FIle". There should be some tutorials online about this, so search for "How to modify hosts file on android" and when you can modify the hosts file, copy this text into the file: https://github.com/jmdugan/blocklists/blob/master/corporations/facebook/all . You don' t copy the link into it, visit the link and copy the text there.

You may have to run Notepad as administrator then open Hosts from inside Notepad

Once you have Hosts open, go to that page he linked, start from the bottom, click and hold to highlight everything as you move up the page, then control + C
Then Paste ( control + V ) inside the hosts file, then go to File in the top left and click Save.
Once you do this, every Facebook tracker and instagram tracker is blocked, you wont even be able to load Facebook on your computer / phone.
